Sunny BenBelkacem is a graphic facilitator, graphic recorder, designer and facilitator of workshop processes that foster group genius, collaboration, co-creation and innovation. Sunny uses deep listening, translates what is key into a combination of icons and words to synthesize the flow of information, creating compelling visual stories and summaries live in real-time. The result is a visual communication that is THE artifact of that moment, meeting, talk, or presentation. Sunny’s work engages participation, drives desire to contribute, show flows of conversation, sense-makes, synthesizes, organizes, and connects information, explains systems and processes, and captures key themes, insights, decisions, and actions. Since 1998, Sunny has created visuals for sense-making, documenting, brainstorming, proto-typing, explaining, simulating and thinking out complex business problems with facilitation teams at Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, Matter Group, The Value Web, ImageThink, Ink Factory, Collective Next, Kingman Ink, Integral Leadership and Coaching, Oliver Wyman’s 8Works, Dpict, and other leaders in the facilitation, event design and coaching industry. She has served clients across industries, government, education and social good causes. Sunny also serves as the president of the International Forum of Visual Practitioners, makes art in her Chicago artist collective Rag Tag Creatives, is a member of The Value Web, is an MG Taylor practitioner, and a Brené Brown facilitator in training.
